If anything, catch Midnight Peg’s set to ask vocalist Rocky Mann about her eclectic lyrics. “Milk that pigeon” comes to mind, but there are a plethora of examples scattered throughout their 2022 debut, Horn Colic. Mann’s raspy punk sneer wraps around her curiously written lyrics backed by a playful post-punk (possibly even a little emo) punch.
