HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for Sled Island 2025 is now open! All new and returning volunteers must register/re-register on Shiftboard to volunteer for Sled Island 2025. If you are a returning volunteer, please use the same email used in previous years to have your existing profile merged with your current profile. For new volunteers, please allow us some time to process your registration. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a welcome letter outlining the next steps.
COMMITMENT AND PERKS
To earn a Sled Island Discovery Pass, we require a commitment of 16 volunteer hours pre-festival prior to June 18 or during the festival. To earn an All-Ages Pass (only for volunteers aged 16 & 17), we require a commitment of 8 volunteer hours during the festival.
All volunteers completing their hours receive a Sled Island volunteer t-shirt, a festival pass, passholder discounts at Sled Island's community partners, an invite to the Sled Island Wrap-Up Pig Roast, plus more perks to be announced!

If a volunteer is unable to complete all 16 pre-festival hours prior to the start of the festival and still wants to earn a Discovery Pass, they must join a new crew to complete their remaining required hours during the festival.
CREWS
We have a wide range of crews that include venue, merch, security, production, venue manager, Artist Lounge, billets, bike rack crew, hospitality, pass pick-up, pre-fest, relief, transportation drivers and office runners.
After registering, you will receive details on scheduling and orientation dates.
