If you like your groups super, look no further than Jen Clement of The Courtneys’ solo project Big Rig. She’s accompanied by Geoff Reith on banjo, Giles Roy (Woolworm) on bass and Jay Arner on drums for tunes she calls “twangmo” and “boot gaze.” Her self-titled album bridges elements of alt-country with hook-heavy indie.
