Reflecting on the often abhorrent treatment of both marginalized people and the environment in the city of Calgary, Marcher is a solo punk/experimental project that uses harsh and confrontational sounds to both vent frustrations and inspire change. Much like the melody that cuts through the music’s layers of distorted noise, there is a hope in the bleakness.
