Ginger Beef is the collaborative project between flutist Jiajia Li and producer MSG. Caught somewhere between the vintage pop you might hear in the hallway of a dim sum restaurant and jam breaks from ‘80s prog, the group is both virtuosic and transportive, taking you to a place where the vibes are immaculate and soloists hold musical court.
