An Edmontonian now based in Victoria, KT Laine is a gifted vocalist who sounds like an indie rocker on a permanent vacation in Laurel Canyon. Hitting a sweet spot between laid back and longing, her crooning soars above spare accompaniment like a shooting star. Her debut collection of songs was recorded with fellow Sled Island 2022 act Aladean Kheroufi.
