Deeply personal transmissions from a heart of darkness, Praises is Jesse Crowe’s home for songs too intimate to share with her bandmates in Beliefs. An aural exorcism, the project allows Crowe to embrace her demons and channel them into gorgeously gothic arrangements of piano, drum machine and modular synth.
