Diversity and inclusion have become some of the hottest buzzwords of the past year, but the music industry's imbalance remains systematically deep-rooted. This panel aims to move from discussion to action by looking at the following questions: How do we best enable organic growth of diversity among musicians? How can current A&R provide a platform to include diverse creative teams and partners? How can the dominating privileged class help to support marginalized groups? And how can promoters, talents buyers and booking agents grow the market and support inclusivity and diversity simultaneously?
