Echo In The Canyon

Documentary, Dir. Andrew Slater, USA, 2018, 90 mins

Laurel Canyon in the 1960s was a hub for emerging talent and home to some of the most significant and influential musicians of the era. It was a unique moment in time where neighbours collaborated and formed some of the bands that defined the California 60s sound. Tom Petty, Graham Nash, Regina Spektor, Jackson Brown, Cat Power, Ringo Starr, Stephen Stills, Jakob Dylan and many others reflect on the significance and influence the Laurel Canyon scene had on their work. Echo in the Canyon is a warm, feel-good time.
