Formerly performing solo as Dirges, Burrower and under other aliases, Jack Sinclaire will perform under his own name at Sled Island 2018. Sinclaire makes a certain type of luddite ambient music, improvising on items such as shoe trees, baking tins, crayons and sheet metal, but keeping the manipulatable properties of electronic music with a turntable and tape machine. It’s much better understood witnessed than read about, so make sure you do just that.
