With power pop fit for Degrassi (no seriously) filtered through skronky, Buzz Records grunge, PONY’s addictive melodies are sharply in focus on every damn track found on their self-released CRUSHED EP. That recent Buzz (Weaves, Dilly Dally, Greys) signing coincided with the new single “DIY,” a track that adds a new guitar-playing intricacy to their sublimely simple pop. We have a hunch there’s even more nuance and immediacy in store for audiences this June.
