For bands that make belligerent post-punk, it’s never a bad sign when your debut album is produced by Steve Albini. That’s what Kändəkt (fka Conduct) did for 2015’s Fear and Desire, and it paid off in full. Two years later, the band’s already taut, greyscale freak outs have only gotten better live.
