I wonder if Chicago was bummed out when Cave moved in and did all of the drugs? It must have eased the pain a little when the duel-drum monster started putting out their psychedelic masterpieces. Heavy, spacey, trippy, rhythmic, and hypnotic space-rock unmoored to anything in this Universe. As they build their shamanic Hawkind grooves to unprecedented heights that burst with synths, sun-shiney guitar crunch and a myriad of other sounds explode around them. (KB)
