A little ragged, but never unprepared, Quaker Parents are everything you want in an East by East Coast band. They can play as well they can convey the written word, and that’s very well indeed. Sled Island regulars won’t be strangers to Mark Grundy or the group as a whole, but even casuals should expect a new bout of intensity from the ever-conversational band.
