Out of the ashes of celebrated Vancouver psych-prog mayflies Sprïng, frontman Joseph Hirabayashi has drawn his new outfit Jo Passed. The familiar vocals and charmingly aimless melodies remain, but the new balance of psych and grunge-pop is what really shines through.
