Anchoress may have first found themselves deep in a Palahniuk novel, reflected in a fictional church's self-made martyr, but these Vancouver post-hardcore punks only prostrate themselves in front of the altar of rock and roll. A Ruiner shirt brought frontman Rob Hoover and bassist Ricky Castanedo together and it's been smooth sailing on the winds of chaos ever since.
