Who would of thought the middle ground between KARP's thunder-pop stoner jams and the Murder City Devil's Drunk n' Stumble rock n' roll would be the lurching behemoth of Big Business? Bassist Jared Warren weaves distortion soaked basslines through the most air-drummable beats of the last five years buoyed down by Warren's unmistakable vocals and (recently) soundman-turned-guitarist Toshi Kasai's deconstructed metal riffs. Oh, and they moonlight as the Melvins' rhythm section; they are that good. (KB)
